When is enough enough and too little not enough? We instinctively know even when damaged and only need to rectify the feelings when we speak on them to the other. For instance, when we give too much, it hurts us. We can stop or we can speak and say to the ones we’re giving to: I gave and heard nothing. What gives? If they respond that they can’t give, the action, the land, or the people, then don’t give. If they hem and haw then wait and see. If they give back then keep giviing it’s as simple as that. That’s Buddhist Action in Retrograde, Cause and Effect being considered and being given in wealth as the Dalai Lama teaches and as the Buddha Taught. The Dalai Lama says it that way, but I always capitalize his Teaching as well as Buddha’s. Watch for Cause and Effect and see what it brings, don’t labor over it but be satisfied with the reactions or watching of it and the results that follow. That’s Buddhism as it’s best as the Chimps and Monkeys were to exemplify.
